Information Systems Security Manager Job Category: Information Technology

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting adherence to all aspects of a rigorous Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance program as stipulated by NISPOM/DAAPM, JSIG, ICD 503, STIGs and associated NIST publications.
  • To obtain and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals for various systems by adhering to the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Assume responsibilities for leading the development, management and improvement of the IT risk practice.
  • Partner with managers and team members to ensure risk and compliance issues are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal corporate policies.
  • Lead internal issue/event investigations, coordinating risk mitigation efforts and providing compliance recommendations.
  • Audit and measure processes against industry standard frameworks and monitor for quality and compliance.
  • Oversee the effective completion of self-certification and audit activities.
  • Utilize and maintain a depth understanding of applications and tools required for risk execution and reporting needs.
  • Provide effective mentoring and guidance to other IT personnel and may assist in developing policy, standards and procedures.
  • Provide oversight for all classified systems compliance, and ensure the execution of our strong self-inspection program.
  • Assist in daily requirements of industrial security.

 

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • In receipt of bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of ISSM or relevant cyber security experience
  • Able to interface with other Information Assurance team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc.), program personnel and government security representatives.
  • Strong analytical, oral communication, and written skills
  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
  • Familiarity with Facility Security requirements for DoD
  • Experience with the development of core documentation including System Security Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Plan of Actions and Milestones, Remediation Plans, and Configuration Management Plans.
  • Experience with the review and creation of mitigation reports from compliance and vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, SPLUNK, SCAP, ACAS, SCC).
  • Experience with the development of core documentation including System Security Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Plan of Actions and Milestones, Remediation Plans, and Configuration Management Plans.
  • Experience with the administration and oversight of Windows and Linux systems.

Aerothermal Engineer Job Category: Engineer

ReLogic Research, Inc. is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated Aerothermal Engineer to provide aerodynamic, aerothermal, and other design and analysis services to assist in developing high speed missile and aviation technology.  ReLogic’s central focus is to continually promote a culture that stimulates personal, professional, and intellectual growth, while developing elegant solutions to tough problems. We encourage teammates to be self-governing based on high standards of professionalism and judgement.  This full-time role will be in direct support of ReLogic’s efforts to solve priority problems highly aligned with our national defense strategy.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with team members, technical managers, and subject matter experts to develop analysis skills relevant to speed missile and aviation technology development
  • Conduct aerothermal analysis relating to hypersonic and high-speed vehicle design
  • Utilize test data and modeling and simulation tools to predict and measure high temperature material physics such as recession, char, and pyrolysis gases effects
  • Generate aerothermal loads database for structural design and use modeling and simulation tools to perform thermo-structural analysis
  • Apply aerothermal engineering best practices to existing applications and new developments including test-driven development activities
  • Develop written reports, briefings, and other documentation to present internally and to customer POCs

 

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • Strong interest in analysis (80% of time)
  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
  • BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS desired)
  • 0-10 years of general experience in aerothermal analysis (3+ desired)
  • Ability to travel both domestic and international
  • Experience with transient thermal analysis in Thermal Desktop, ANSYS, or Abaqus (Experience with AeroTPS, CMA, and ATAC desired)
  • Experience with maintaining multiple meshes (CFD, thermal, structural) and mapping data between meshes is desired

Primary Responsibilities

  • Interact with technical managers, subject matter experts, and business unit leads to maintain a record of technical tasking within the organization
  • Interact with team members to update progress on technical tasks, streamline operations, and resolve resource conflicts
  • Interact with business operations team members and technical mangers to evaluate program budgets and hours allocations
  • Interact with business operations and technical mangers to maintain a record of contract deliverables
  • Interact with team members to identify and report unfunded customer requests and organic business development opportunities
  • Monitor progress on implementation of short and long-term business strategies are the direction of the C-suite
  • Report directly to the C-suite on weekly basis on technical operations (written and verbal)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform hand calculations on mechanical design assemblies, calculating basic stresses and possible interferences due to tolerance stack up, accounting for thermal effects and preloads
  • Create CAD models and derived drawings of parts and complex assemblies in SolidWorks
  • Adhere to company product definition standards and revision control procedures
  • Submit, peer review, and approve drawings through the document control system in use at ReLogic Research
  • Provide material review board support on an as needed basis
  • Provide on and off-site integration support during the assembly and installation of products, ensuring design intent is met

 

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in relevant industry experience
  • SolidWorks modeling and drawing experience required
  • Familiar with ASME Y14.100, “Engineering Product definition and Related Documentation Practices”
  • Experience with Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing practices required
  • SolidWorks Product Data Management (PDM) experience is highly desired
  • Finite element analysis experience is highly desired
